End View of Block 3

Tal-Ħandaq
Very unusual view of Block 3 showing the small end extension.  Block 4 is on our left and the single story building across the planted area is the "new" girls toilets.  Block 15 is just visible behind them.

Block 3

Tal-Ħandaq
Shot of Block 3 showing the little store room on the near end.  Was it always there - I don't remember it?

Back of Boys Toilet Block

Tal-Ħandaq
The end of Block 16 is on the left.   The end of Block 15 is on our immediate right (although not visible) and the building in full sun at the end of the walkway is the single story Block 14.

Block 14 Taken from Block 12 Landing

Tal-Ħandaq
This shot shows Block 2 (back, left), the single story Block 14 (middle of photo), Block 15 with stairs (top right) and the boys toilet block (bottom right).  It was taken from the landing at the top of Block 12 stairs.

For those ex pupils who have happy memories of Block 3, well you can just make out your block hiding behind the large tree.

Block 3

Tal-Ħandaq
Block 3 always seemed a sort of "out of the way" block.  I don't recall ever taking a lesson in.  Nice view from the top of the stairs though.....

Girls Toilet Block

Tal-Ħandaq
I'm pretty sure this block wasn't there when I was at the school.  I think the girls had a block located beside Block 3.....am I right?

Block 15 Walkway

Tal-Handaq
We are walking past Block-15 (on our left) towards Block-16. Turning left at end of walkway will take you to the side entrance of the School Hall.  The end of the boys toilet block is visible behind the trees and the corner of the single story Block 14 is just visible on the right.

A View From Block 16

Tal-Ħandaq
This is a particularly nostalgic shot for me as it's taken outside my 2BG form room.

From left to right:  Boys toilet block, Block-14 with blocks 1 and 2 peeping up behind. Then at the end of the walkway there's the original girls toilet block and on the right (with the stairs) is Block-15.  The walkway leading off at about 4 o'clock leads to the side entrance of the school hall.

Pathway To The Hall

Tal-Ħandaq
This photo shows the path from the tarmac playground to the side entrance of the School Hall.  The building at immediate right is the boys toilet block. On the left is Block 15.      Block-16 is more or less in the middle and of course the side entrance to the hall is slap bang in the middle.

This photo is particularly meaningful to me as my 1CG form room is ground-floor right of Block-15 (note steps to door) and my 2BG form room was top left of Block-16 (visible above the covered walkway.
